We aim to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. However, if you encounter any issues, the following refund and dispute policies apply:

• Refunds may be granted if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before any work has commenced.
• Once work has begun, refunds will be pro-rated based on the percentage of the service completed.
• Refunds are not available for fully completed services or after deployment.

• We will work to resolve disputes promptly. If unresolved, disputes will follow the jurisdiction outlined in these Terms.

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@cantonalabama.com.
• If the cancellation is requested before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus a $32 setup fee.
• If work has already started, cancellations will be subject to a pro-rated fee based on the completed percentage of the service.
• Cancellations are not permitted once the service has been fully delivered or deployed.

Our services are subject to applicable export and import laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following:

• You may not use, distribute, or export our services or content in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws.
• Our services may not be used by individuals or entities located in embargoed countries or by individuals on restricted or denied parties' lists as designated by applicable authorities.
• It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws regarding the import, export, and use of our services.

From time to time, we may offer promotions to our customers. The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers:
